Thank you so much for the unbelievable job you did with our first annual Holiday Dinner for our employees at BeanTree Learning. From the beginning, you listened and understood our goals, worked within our budget, suggested several menu options and produced an incredible experience for us.

The menu selections covered every guest's possible desires and the unusual preparation of and ingredients in some of your recipes generated much discussion and several return trips to the buffet table! The food was perfectly prepared, served warm and plentiful, and beautifully presented.

Thank you also for going that extra mile to make the night a stress-free event for me. Suggesting creative ideas for table decorations, advising me regarding rental needs, following up on every detail that I would have either not even thought of or forgot. Finishing the table decorations at the last minute, picking up items which I had failed to remember, organizing the flow of the evening, and leaving no clean up responsibilities for me are all examples of how you exceeded my expectations.

I just want to thank you and your staff for all your efforts to make sure my visions for our wedding ceremony and reception were realized. I received many compliments on how nicely the chairs, tables, food, and musicians were set up, which reinforced my feeling that our event was just what we wanted it to be - elegant, relaxing, and fun. My guests also noted that the food was very good and the cake, especially, was delicious. I concur!

I also want to commend you for taking the initiative to adjust the course of our event as needed to make sure our guests felt comfortable and had a good time. Several of my friends and relatives commented that they really enjoyed themselves and were impressed with the overall feel of the wedding and reception.

Most of all, I appreciate your professionalism in preparing for our wedding. Planning a wedding reception by yourself (which is essentially what I did) takes a lot of time. I found your detailed estimate very helpful and your pre-event consultations to be just what I needed in terms of guidance.
